I spent the last 2 weeks up at my trailer with my nana, sister, great aunt (my nana's sister) and her granddaughter. We've been doing it every year for 5 or so now, and we all enjoy it immensely. It's only more fun considering a lot of my cousins that live around here can be found at the trailer next door, so the bunch of us are always hanging out together. Most of us enjoy playing a game known as The Game With No Name (and yes... that is the trademarked title). It's really fun, but hardly anyone I know has heard of it before. There's a beach and a pool availabe so we go swimming almost every day, and there's events like bingo on Friday ('kids' for candy and prizes) and Saturday ('adult' for money) and a daily aquafit program available.
Speaking of bingo... I was playing one Saturday and in the ninth game (out of 10) the caller called a B, followed by an O,N,G,and I in that order. Somehow all 5 were in a line on my card... so I won. The caller said it was the fastest game she's ever seen. :D The day before I had won at stand-up AKA loser's bingo (where you must be the last one with no numbers on your card to win) so I went from ultimate loser to ultimate winner in 1 day. :D
On an unrelated note, my aunt had her 4th child yesterday. It's a girl, and her name is Lyndsay. The two came home today and I went over and saw them. She is sooooo cute! Then again... all babies are, no? She's so tiny too, and still red and glowing. We were all thankful because we thought her mom would be forced to have a C-section (she didn't want to have one, but the baby was not in the proper position until only a few days ago) but she didn't.
I wonder what her personality will be like? My cousin, sister and I were talking about that yesterday. In that family, we already have an artistic one, a sports lover, and a gymnest, all of which are extremely energetic. She'll find her niche though. I mean, we all do sooner or later. We're all individuals, and have our own outlooks on life, and no two people have exactly the same personality. I wish her the best, and I can't wait to see her develop as she grows older.
